Serve as notice to property owners for 2025
Property Maintenance Regulations Chapter 52 of the Code of Ordinanc
Grass, Weeds, and Brush Maintenance
Every owner or Occupant must :
- Cut, mow, and maintain all grass, weeds, and brush upon the owner’s property.
- Maintain areas adjacent to the curb line or outer boundary of any street, including the parking area abutting the owner’s property, to a uniform height as defined in Section 52.04.
Restrictions on Depositing Debris
No Property owner or Occupant may:
- Cut, mow, or deposit in any fashion any grass, weeds, brush, or leaves upon a City street.
