Electricity
Monthly facilities charge – $20.00
Electricity – $0.1350/kilowatthour
Natural Gas
Monthly facilities charge – $15.00
Usage charge – $4.00 per 1,000 cubic feet (MCF), plus the actual cost to the City for the City’s purchase of gas and the actual cost of transportation of purchased gas to the City’s border station.
Water
Monthly facilities charge – $30.00
Usage Charge – No usage charge for up to 1,000 gallons / $10.50 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 1,000 gallons in a month.
Sewer
Monthly Facilities Charge – $50.00
Usage Charge – No usage charge for up to 2,000 gallons / $12.50 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 2,000 gallons in a month.
Solid Waste Collection
Monthly charge – $18.82
Minimum Monthly Bill
If a resident uses all 5 city services: electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, and solid waste collection; the monthly minimum bill will be $133.82.
